Whilst our pricing is definitely competitive, we certainly don’t claim to be the cheapest in the industry either, but we guarantee that we will do everything in our power to provide a high quality product, delivered on time, every time.

As a surface coatings company we are generally the last link in the manufacturing chain, therefore we understand that any mishaps or hold ups during manufacturing can cause urgency by the time it gets to the coating stage. We have a dedicated team who if required will work around the clock to ensure your product is delivered on time where possible. Depending on the specification, we can process orders in a same day or overnight service when required.

Our lead times can obviously vary depending on the process required and volume of work involved, but as a general rule of thumb we like to complete all orders within five working days of receipt of goods. Generally all jobs are started within two working days of delivery to our premises, so you will never see your job sitting around in the yard or factory for weeks untouched, as can be the case at other places.

Doogood’s quality system dictates that each and every order processed is given consistently equal and personal attention. We can provide Certification when required and all QA documents are filed and kept for traceability purposes for a period of five years, which are readily accessible upon request.
